Established in 2023, Foundtech Sky Global Industries Pvt. Ltd. – Foundry Division is a modern manufacturing unit focused on producing reliable Grey Iron and Ductile Iron castings through disciplined processes and integrated infrastructure.
Designed from inception with a process-first mindset, the foundry emphasizes controlled manufacturing, metallurgical stability, and repeatable quality.
Currently serving domestic customers, the organization is strategically preparing itself for export-oriented programs and international sourcing partnerships.

Stage 01
From concept to consistent casting.
Design feasibility and machining allowances are considered before release.
Stage 02
Casting Simulation.
WinCast and AutoCast are used to study metal flow and solidification behaviour.
Stage 03
Gating & Risering.
The feeding system is optimized to improve yield and reduce defect tendencies.
Stage 04
Prototype casting.
Initial castings validate geometry, process windows, and functional requirements.
Stage 05
05 / 06
Production Approval.
The controlled process is checked against the approved drawing and requirements.
Stage 06
Mass casting.
Repeatable production follows the same disciplined path from heat to dispatch.
